- Built (solo) an agentic AI drafting pipeline now running in production — it classifies live events into a structured taxonomy and generates intelligence summaries with Claude, wired to an MCP integration and the Messari API to put each event in context: checking existing coverage, avoiding duplicate reporting, and enriching drafts with related data — plus a multi-mode prompt-testing harness.
- Shipped Python + LLM automation — governance monitoring across 9+ platforms, a release summarizer, and Slack/Discord/RSS ingestion — and partnered with Engineering to productionize it into the team's core data infrastructure covering 500+ assets.
- Drove product decisions with analytics: analyzed thousands of alert-policy configurations to drive a 28–44% taxonomy simplification in Intel 2.0, and proved an underperforming product wasn't converting → deprecated with zero client churn.
- Built SQL analytics in Snowflake & PostgreSQL — leadership dashboards for coverage, latency, and SLA tracking, plus QA "staleness" analytics flagging assets with no coverage in 30/60/90+ days, sliced by event type to pinpoint the broken source before clients notice.
- Monitor live network activity, governance, and security incidents across 500+ digital assets in near-real-time, escalating material events to institutional clients.
